We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns on ready-made items
Non-custom, ready-made products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original condition. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Non-returnable items
The following can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we made them differently from what you approved:
- custom and personalized items (door signs, custom 3D prints);
- made-to-order apparel;
- items marked "final sale."
How to start a return
Email thehappyswinger1@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Please don't send items back before hearing from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original item price to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
