Shipping Policy

We ship from our workshop in the United States. Most products are made or finished to order by Mark & Jenn, so processing times reflect handcraft, not just packing.
Processing time
All products: made or finished to order and shipped within 5–7 days.
Large or bulk event orders: we'll share a timeline when you place your request. Local pickup for hotel-takeover orders may be available — ask us when you order.
Shipping methods and delivery
We ship via standard domestic carriers. After your order ships you'll receive tracking information by email. Typical delivery times once shipped are 2–5 business days within the US, though carriers may vary.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $50 ship free within the US.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. The sender is listed generically — there's nothing on the outside to reveal what's inside. See our Discreet Packaging statement for details.
Damaged, lost, or delayed orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. For lost or significantly delayed shipments, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
