Our store is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you check out or contact us.

We do our best to display product images and descriptions accurately. Colors and small details may vary from screen to screen, and many of our items — including 3D-printed gifts and personalized door signs — are handmade, so minor variations are part of the craft. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct clear pricing or description errors.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm that offer when we accept your order and begin processing it. If we can't fulfill an order (for example, an item is unavailable or payment can't be authorized), we'll let you know and refund any charge. Custom and made-to-order items may take longer to produce — see our Shipping Policy for processing times.

Custom and personalized items are made to your specifications. Because they're created just for you, they're generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we made them differently from what you approved. Please review any proofs or details carefully before we begin production.

All store content — including product photos, designs, text, and our logo — is owned by or licensed to The Happy Swinger and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it without permission.

Our store and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or accidental damages arising from your use of the store or a product. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Happy Swinger operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
